Orders & Cancellation

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Confirm Order button) until the product is physically received by you and returned to us according to our Return Policy.

Non-standard products (NC/NR) are strictly non-cancelable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase—at our sole discretion—within 7 business days of the return request date.

To be eligible for a return, the following strict conditions must be met:

• Boxes and packing material must be in their original condition, the product unused, and the box completely unopened.

• All claims for shortages/mis-shipments must be made within 1 day of delivery.

• All items must be returned complete with all accompanying parts/documentation.

• Returns are for replacement or merchandise credit only (shipping charges are excluded).

Shipping & Delivery

All import licenses, duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees are the Customer's responsibility. EMA Electronics reserves the right to delay dispatch for necessary credit checks or fraud prevention security procedures.

Price & Payment

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Upgrade offers and special promotions are also subject to change.

Late payments shall be charged interest of 1.5% per month. To cover labor costs, a handling fee applies to orders under $15.

Export Compliance

Customer certifies that products will not be used for military purposes, life support systems, or nuclear facilities.

If you are purchasing products for export, you are strictly responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Alternatively, EMA Electronics can assist in producing this documentation for you for an additional administrative fee.

The accuracy of the contents of datasheets, technological parameters, and the technical information of any product explicitly listed on our website is the sole responsibility of the respective product manufacturers and producers. Manufacturers' specifications and warranties are subject to change without notice.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Hong Kong and the jurisdictions we operate in. Any fundamental physical disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC). EMA Electronics reserves the right to blacklist any customer and/or refuse any order without explicit reason.
