Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days inside Egypt.

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times: - Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days - Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days - Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3–5 business days Important notes: - Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day. - Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. - Bulk or special-order items may require additional preparation time. - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

You can track your order through your account dashboard or via the tracking link sent after dispatch.

As soon as your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number from our courier partner. You can track your shipment by: - Logging into your account → Orders → Track Order - Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email - Visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number Order statuses may include: Processing, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipment.

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to My Orders 3. Select the order 4. Click Cancel (if available) If the cancellation option is unavailable, it means the order has already entered the shipping process. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the product according to our return policy. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
