Can I cancel my order?
Quick Summary
Yes, orders can be cancelled before shipment.
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel: 1.
Log into your account 2.
Go to My Orders 3.
Select the order 4.
Click Cancel (if available)
If the cancellation option is unavailable, it means the order has already entered the shipping process.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the product according to our return policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
