How can I track my order?
Quick Summary
You can track your order through your account dashboard or via the tracking link sent after dispatch.
As soon as your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number from our courier partner.
You can track your shipment by: - Logging into your account → Orders → Track Order - Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email - Visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number
Order statuses may include: Processing, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.
